Currently, Health Quality Alberta is randomly sampling patients who have recently visited Alberta’s busiest urban and regional emergency departments. This brief telephone survey asks patients about their experiences with care during their visit to the emergency department. Results are reported online by Health Quality Alberta, and are updated quarterly.
