This summer, Health Quality Alberta will survey residents and families about their experiences in Alberta’s type A and B continuing care homes.
A contractor, Prairie Research Associates (PRA), will assist in survey completion. Trained survey interviewers may visit continuing care homes to help eligible residents complete the survey in an interview format. Other eligible residents will be given a paper survey. Families will be invited to participate in an online survey sent via email.
This survey was previously our Facility-based Continuing Care Survey (long term care and designated supportive living). Results from this previous survey are available here.
